   I had cryotherapy for dark spots which have caused indentation scars in my face. Emma wasn’t honest about the downtime and told me the scabs would be gone in 7-10 days I was concerned about this at the time of booking as I was going away but she reassured me they would be healed. When I was worried about the healing Emma just kept telling me it’s normal, and didn’t ask for pictures. It was only when I ask I asked her to send me my signed aftercare she suddenly started FaceTiming me. I’ve spent over £2000 trying to correct the damage she has caused to my face but the indentations are still there. She has even accused me of prematurely knocking the scabs off. I have seen a specialist and they have informed me that she went too deep.
