   Absolutely top service. I won a bass guitar at auction that whilst being very rare, would also look to most people like something fit for the dump, but Karl and MBE Shirley Solihull did an above and beyond packaging job on it, even to the extent of carefully wrapping all the small items in the case.    I went into the shop today to post something over to my partner, who is in Greece. Jack was so patient, kind and totally professional. I was in there for 90 mins as it wasn’t smooth sailing. Jack never complained, he spent the whole time I was in there with me. Fantastic customer service, Jack you are an absolute ⭐️. I would recommend everybody to this store.    After paying for fedex delivery on line and taking the parcel to this fedex drop off shop the shop then wants £5 for the privilege of me dropping it off !!!! Guessing that would go in his pocket

   WENT IN ON 3 different occasions for the same 3 postage bags and a slip printed each time charged different asked them for a break down was considerable rude and aggressive, tried to escort me out the store whilst I had my 3 year old daughter!!! I cannot believe the way the have treated me over a simple question because they had no justification they got rude and aggressive and told me to get out of the shop! As a woman two men gathering around me with my child I felt intimidated for no reason!!!!!! I would not recommend them they was vile and should be ashamed of themselves!!! Disgusting it was the “manager” and his worker!

   Hmmm, where to start. I tried having a Fed Ex shipment dropped off here for an International shipment of a letter from the UK to the US. It was paid for and I had the labels printed and ready to go. Mailbox Etc. refused to accept my letter even though they claim to be a Fed Ex drop off station. They wanted more money to accept the letter. I called Fed Ex and they told me I should be able to simply drop off the letter, so who is wrong? Mailbox Etc. are trying to simply rip off people. dons't try and drop your Fed Ex shipment here!! Charlatans!

   After following details on the MBE site that stated I could arrange a FedEx collection for free or drop off for a small fee, chose the latter and didn't have to wait in. A fiver well spent. Thought the 2 lads helpful and have since used services for print and post. Thank you both.
