   I missed a perishable delivery, rang the office, really helpful, they called the driver who said he'd try and get back if he had time. Alternatively I could have collected that evening or Saturday morning (the next day) Anyway, the driver went out of his way to redeliver. Absolute superstar. Friendly and extremely helpful all round. Well Done Trax Express. I can't thank you enough

   After reading so many negative comments, I expected the worst. And to my surprise, the parcel arrived on time and the courier was also nice. He knocked loudly and waited for me to open the door. Personally, I am happy with APC's services.

   This has got to be the worst delivery service in the Uk. Their name says overnight but they are useless. A package was paid for overnight delivery to be delivered at 12 the next day and somehow my package was set up to be delivered last and they knew they don’t deceiver pass 4pm. The driver was at stop 26 at 12:22 and I was stop 33 and he never made it which makes no sense to me seeing that is just 7 stops away. When you call no one can seem to give you any assistance and they sound like they don’t know what they are doing, the tracking system doesn’t even reflect correct data until HOURS after. Needed the package urgently and because of their mishap and lack of professionalism they could not deliver. Definitely would not recommend!!

   Awful company. Answer the phone, how hard can it be? Failed delivery on a Tuesday, rang every day Tuesday to Saturday morning Allowed the phone to continually ring until it automatically cut me off. Re-dialed continously through out the advertised opening hours for 5 days just to prove a point. Went to the warehouse on Saturday morning and it took them over an hour to find my item. Granted the operative was really helpful... But if they had answered the phone I would not have had to travel all the way across Birmingham and could have requested redelivery. Terrible customer service.

   Unreliable. I was expecting a delivery for Saturday morning. I rang at 9am and the chap who I spoke with confirmed it would be delivered before 12.30pm. Surprise surprise! No one showed up. No card, no attempt at delivery and the tracking app stayed stuck at "Out For Delivery". I rang the depot again at 1.30pm for no one to answer, and to be held in an endless "Please hold. Your call is important to us..." type message. All customers want is for you to deliver items when you say you will! No doubt you will attempt delivery on a weekday when I'm at work, forcing me to travel across the city to pick it up from you. What was the point in arranging for a Saturday delivery, and at extra cost? Disgraceful really.
