   Absolutely brilliant service. My passport had been taken 4 hours away by mistake in a friends van and I needed to fly home. The guys at Rock Solid collected it first thing in the morning and delivered back to me before 1pm. My collection point wasn't the easiest to find either but the driver was really accommodating and kept in touch.

   We cannot praise Adrian (who I booked the job with) and Mario (the courier) enough for helping us out of a very difficult situation. Mario collected a passport from a residential address and brought it to us at an airport very efficiently and professionally, keeping us informed of his journey and arrival time. Although obviously paying for this service (& it was a reasonable price) that does not always mean you get a first class job done and we were a bit worried on the day, but the worry was unnecessary and we would highly recommend this company. Our son got his passport in good time so he could go on his skiing holiday. Thank you Adrian and Mario!
