   Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, this place is a life saver. All the staff I have interacted with have been absolutely lovely, from head nurse to security guards. Wait times are to be expected in these places, and people seem to forget their patience and manners when it comes to healthcare. The care you will receive here can't be faulted, the nurses will always ensure that you leave feeling better than you did going in. Thank you to all the staff that work here, your efforts are seen and appreciated.

   Absolute waste of time. I took my 3 year old in to be seen after not being able to get an appointment with the GP. We waited for nearly 4 hours to be seen. The waiting room was empty. There was literally only 3 people in front of her so no idea what takes them so long? She was seen by a Nurse who said she needed antibiotics but couldn’t prescribe them herself so had to get a dr to prescribe them who did. But didn’t prescribe the right kind of antibiotic or a strong enough dose. So she has suffered with tonsillitis for 5 days longer than she should have. Thankfully has now been seen by her GP who prescribed her what should have been whilst she was there.

   Nurse lovely . Think they need some reclining chairs as still sitting here 3 hours 50 minutes and I feel like lying on the floor. Very few people here but very slowwwwww. They are down a nurse but nearly 4 hours when not many here is a bit much . The star is for the nurse , no stars for seats , waiting time , (1 hour for triage) lights too bright and could do with a coffee machine feel a lot worse as tiredness has kicked in

   Shocking service. Waited 4hrs and no-one was called in to see a Nurse in the last 2.5hrs. No-one will tell me why, all they said was “I’ll be seen” with a shrug of the shoulders. Something needs done. It has been like this for years and nothing has improved. Avoid at all costs (although that seems to be what they want).

   Brilliant service!!!! Came here from chester after being refused by my own doctor to be seen as my symptoms weren't a cause for concern yet they were for the amazing nurses and doctors here to be given the medication I needed to get better and working again. Lovely staff, amazing care and attention was what I received here. Shame these guys aren't a doctors surgery but would highly recommend if you need help to come here. Thank you everyone for the experience I had coming to you. I can't rate enough xx

   My experience last fri was super. My gp was making me waiting a week for an appointment for antibiotics for sinusitis. Rory had seen me, assessed and sorted out my meds in half an hour. Very kind, friendly and professional manner. Thankyou rory

   Went back to pick up the 2nd half of penicillin for child which should have taken no more than10 mins and told I'd have to wait in 4hr queue behind everyone waiting for triage. Explained son had already been treated the other day and I'd been told to pop in and pick up 2nd half of meds after a few days. No still told to sit in 4hr triage queue !!!!

   Very poor experience. Called 25 times today on Monday morning between 0800 - 0930. Finally picked the phone up but have no appointments available and has been asked to go to walk-in centre in Eastham on a Monday morning for baby’s allergic reaction with broken skin that bleeds and is very red and inflamed and has been progressively worsened over a week.

   Just spent over 2 hours waiting to give a blood sample. One receptionist and only one phlebotomist. It opened at 1 o clock and they stopped taking patients half an hour later. Naturally there were a lot of unhappy people. The very simple solution is to have more phlebotomists and flexible opening times. It's not a difficult concept to understand!!
