Always excellent care, from all staff. In my years as a patient I've had nothing but help from the receptionists, nurses and all the doctors, with both mental and physical health. Amazing.
Honestly best GP office there so understanding and the receptionist are lovley to speak to and the GPs are so lovely with my daughter super surprised by the bad reviews never had to deal with anything there saying
Seems like this surgery doesn’t want to help people with mental health and anxiety. Could not get an appointment face to face only a telephone appointment which they didn’t do when I phoned up to question it was told that there was no record of despite this being on my patient access which then disappeared so I had no proof. Was told Dr Pyle would ring still waiting for that call so ended up phoning the crisis team who were really understanding. They are going to sort out the medication review that I should have had two years ago. Also will phone this evening Wonderful service. Will be putting a complaint in and will try to move to different go
Made to wait for over a hour after my appointment and not for the first time what's the point of an appointment and not keeping it, also I asked for doctor to sign a council tax reduction form to be told by reception that they could not sign it I've been hospitalised under mental health act and attempted suicide on numerous occasions I also suffer with anxiety and depression but receptionist thinks she is is qualified to make the decision

I went to see Dr Shah regarding anxiety and she went above and beyond for me. Also friendly reception staff
Well, what a difference! Super nice reception staff. Electronic prescriptions, online medical records....brilliant! Best surgery I've been to. My last visit, receptionist said "I don't want to let you go without making sure I've done everything I can for you". Compare that to other receptionists who see every appointment as a personal defeat. Absolutely shining example of how a GP surgery should be.
