   Absolutely shocking and rubbish service. I paid for an item with the value £379 and the driver 'Deepak' decided to take a picture of another block of flats main door and say that he attempted to deliver the parcel. When I called into the call centre the first agent told me that they will attempt to deliver it again but luckily I checked the text message and called in again and was told that once they deliver the package to a random pickup point they will not redeliver the package and will return it to the sender within 7 days. The drivers are dishonest and snap pictures of random locations and the call centre gives conflicting information and requires at least 3 phone calls and you will need to raise a case number and get the sender involved. Avoid like the plague. 0 stars well deserved.

   Worst company ever, drivers are awful. If they can be bothered to deliver they take it to a pick up point. Why pay the money for delivery charge. Absolute jokers. Don’t even deserve 1 ⭐️

   Anytime I notice my delivery will be delivered by dpd, I have this unnecessary anxiety, the worst delivery service is this country, no other comes close. I wish I can give something less than a star.

   THE WORST WORST WORST AND MOST IGNORANT… THE WORST WORST WORST AND MOST IGNORANT OF COMPANIES. USELESS USELESS USELESS. THEY COULD NOT COLLECT OR DELIVER AN ELEPHANT IF IT WAS SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY STARING AT THEM. ROTTEN COMPANY. A DRIVER NAMED 'SOLOMON' (LIKLEY BARKING DEPOT) HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING THAT IS FOR SURE. FULL COMPLAINTS LODGED AT HEAD OFFICE. THEY WILL MAKE IT AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE FOR A REFUND. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

   Very angry given 1 hour slot 12.35 to1.35 message at 1pm sorry we missed you was watching from my window no one called and now I have to collect next day from a DPD pick up shop ,if I could see the driver I would give him a piece of my mind
