   On hold for 25 mins to be told I can't have an appointment with the nurse as there is none and they are waiting for December's bookings which are not showing yet. Had to take a GP extra one for a Saturday. Asked for an appointment with doctor and told I would have to try in the morning as they are too full to offer over phone. Not the receptionist fault to point out and she was fine but terrible service really as the reason you call is to get an appointment, seems like they simply can't cope or offer any level of service.

   Good little practice. The receptionist was really nice and I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Thomas is really good too - she gave me plenty of time to discuss my issues. 5 stars.

   Total lack of any type of customer service, the doctors are probably really good. Shame!!

   Quite dark and dingey immediately on entrance and through to waiting room. Car park is a decent walk a way and sits at the top of a pretty steep hill. Reception is very claustrophobic with staff hidden behind brick and perspex. Can't comment on Doctors themselves.
