   I went to see Karolina following 3 years of a drooping eyebrow and eyelid resulting from facial palsy. I was very conscious of how I looked and was getting no support from the NHS.... basically told to just get on with it. I made an appointment to see Karolina and she spent quality time just listening to me, checking the damage to my face and speaking to me about the different options we could explore. I went back a week later and I had a treatment. Karolina is so lovely, she put me at ease and explained exactly what she was doing and why. Roll on 7 days later and my eyebrow and eyelid had lifted. To say I was extatic is a huge understatement. My confidence is returning and I no longer dread seeing people and them asking if I have had a stroke. I cannot recommend Karolina highly enough. The fact that she has a medical background gave her the knowledge to take me on where others could not and would not help me. Thankyou Karolina, you have no idea how you have changed the way I perceive myself, and the confidence I now have for zoom calls with work, speaking to old friends and having my photo taken x

   Came to Karolina after a recommendation from my friend, so glad I did, from first contact she was amazing! On the day of the appointment she talked me through the different types of fillers, the health questionnaire, what to expect and how to look after my lips after treatment. I’ve had lip filler in a few different places but no one has ever been this thorough and reassuring. Karolina herself is so sweet and put me at ease straight away, I’m delighted with the treatment process and the results. My lips have settled lovely! Thank you!

   Carolina is absolutely AMAZING - she explains the process and benefits and answers your questions to address any queries you have - she is a true professional and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else if she can go to her with all your health concerns - I went for vitamin injections and she administered them with 0 pain and also is very knowledgeable about what we need. Professional, affordable and five star customer service!
