Never have I ever seen a more unhelpful staff - make you rummage through parcels to find yours / tell you too go to side and put returns in a box Very unfriendly Girl sits on stool and never gets off her backside She’s rude unfriendly and makes the whole experience truly shocking Furthermore she doesn’t even look up from her phone customer service ZERO
