   My wife had a set of full set of permanently fixed dentures on June 21st 2024 in Warrington by Izabela Turek. In short, they failed to supply a set of dentures that fitted correctly, they have blamed my wife for failing to adapt and 21D Accept no responsibilty for their shoddy work and very inprofessional attitude 4 months in and several visits back to Warrington, They told her to find another company to resolve the issues they had caused and refused to conduct a peer review of the work they carried out. If they had even bothered to carry out the peer review, then they would have foubnd that there were drastic issues with the dentures they had supplied and that they were not correct. After this abandonment by 21D, We eventually found a practice who COULD provide the necessary treatment, and within 10 minutes of the consultation he had identified several issues with the dentures. One being that the dentures were far too big and bulky in most of the dimensions, and they were not allowing my wife's jaw to settle in the normal at rest position, and that there was a massive 3mm adjustment required, and the dentures 21D had fitted were totally inadequate for the job and putting a lot of pressure in some places. He had a new set of dentures made up to the correct measurements, and after a few days, the pain and discomfort had eased significantly. He has since made up another couple of sets of dentures which had made further improvements, as this has been a very tricky job for him and he has accepted the challenge well, unlike 21D. We have had to pay again almost as much as it cost us to have the whole procedure done at 21D, and of course 21D will not accept any liability or give us a refund for the shoddy work they carried out, and quite frankly I have found the treatment to be totally unprofessional, uncaring and an abhorrent attitude towards my wife. Please avoid this company at all costs, they do not have the willingness, ability or perhaps skill to resolve any issues they cause. They have not been in business long and I would suggest to anyone wanting this treatment done to find a company with more experience, a company that can take complaints seriously, and rectify problems and not throw them under the bus when they cant fix the problems they create.

   21D what can I can. I cannot say a bad word they have been amazing from my first telephone call. Very very good communication any time of day always giving advice and to answer any questions. The service is amazing very friendly. Very supportive and they come on the journey with you. The best thing I have ever done. I had my LPT fitted yesterday and cannot stop smiling love my teeth ( never ever did think I would ever think that) All I can say is Thank you guys for changing my life. If anyone is thinking of getting this journey go to 21D you will be pleased you did. 5 star service thank you again Tracey Dickinson
