Helen worked wonders with my foot after I had an operation on it. I didn’t have much movement in it and started limping. After a few treatments it was so much better. Definitely recommend her.
Superb sports and general physiotherapist - Helen really knows her stuff and also exactly where to apply pressure and massage for the greatest effect. I have had many therapy sessions over the years and can highly recommend her services.
Helen is an amazing therapist, she has done wonders for my back, hips and neck! She is to offer different methods of treatments to suit a particular problem, from physical manipulation to acupuncture. Helen gives information and instructions on exercises that you can do to help keep yourself pain free and moving better. Her studio is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, treatments there are very professional, friendly and Covid safe. Highly recommended!
Helen is a very knowledgable and professional practitioner. Whenever I have had a problem with my back or shoulder she has given me a programme of exercises to follow and is always available with any help or advice needed. I have had treatment at her practice which has been very beneficial and I am returning again this week. I would definitely recommend H.P Therapy.
Excellent experience receiving treatment from Helen, she listens to what you say and can feel around your body where the issue is coming from, which isn't always where the pain is. Helen's experience means she can figure out what's going on and apply appropriate treatment . Highly recommend.
Helen is a very caring and knowledgeable sport therapist. She has successfully given me therapy for my arms and shoulders which are very much improved. I have also attended her pilates classes for lower back pain since 2017 and over the past 12 months, during the covid lockdown, attended classes at home, via a zoom link. I have no hesitation in recommending her for both these services. She is a dedicated specialist and outstanding in her field.
