   I required a Russian tourist visa and Tourist Voucher. Plus booking hotel accommodation in Kaliningrad for long weekend stay in Russia.. I thought how can I do this as seamlessly as possible to ensure all my paperwork is correct? I would recommend StressfreeVisas to undertake this work. Their responses were excellent to my enquiry and concerns. I had to make a visit to a sister company in London to finalise all the travel documents and to get my biometric finger tip test. Now awaiting my visa for my visit to Russia next month. I would highly recommend stressfreevisas for a seamless visa process. I travelled to Kaliningrad from the U.K. to Gdańsk. I took the bus to Kaliningrad. Having a British passport going through the border control polish and Russian. I was asked to go into the Russian border controls office to be interviewed. I had my Stressfree tourist itinerary with me. Showed the border officer my itinerary. He said I see you’re a tourist. Right away I was allowed back on the bus into Kaliningrad. Stressfree Visas organised my hotel IBIS Kaliningrad. The hotel accommodation was first class which included an excellent breakfast. I couldn’t recommend Stressfreevisas highly enough.

   Excellent service from Stress Free Visas. Very friendly and yet professional. They sent my tourist voucher request the next day even though it was a weekend. I made an error myself ( completely my fault) when requesting. I asked them to amend it and it was done the next day again, as I requested. And they did not charge me for my mistake.
