   Absolute Disaster This company is a complete failure in every way. Every package I’ve dealt with through them has either vanished into thin air or arrived ridiculously late. Missing items in deliveries seem to be their trademark at this point. It’s shocking how they’re still in business. Their customer service is downright insulting. Reaching someone is a chore, and when you finally do, you’re met with rudeness and incompetence. They refuse to take ownership of their mistakes and make you jump through endless hoops for any kind of resolution. Forget about refunds or compensation—it’s not happening. This is the most untrustworthy, careless, and useless courier service I’ve ever encountered. They have zero accountability and zero respect for their customers. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else—this company is nothing short of a joke.
