Phone stolen and replaced with a used usb drive. How disappointing. Good thing I made an opening of the parcel video. The first DPD driver that attempted to deliver the parcel didn't even bother knocking my door or taking the parcel from the back of the van, also have video footage of that. Might take legal action once I have the investigation resolved.

This is terrible terrible terrible, they have drivers that lies and they protect them. This is terrible from driver to customer service. A driver said he got to my address and no one bears the name, no evidence yet they believed him. Imagine the delays on my package. This is the most terrible delivery company have ever seen in my 20 years on Supply chain and logistics. Worst Worst Worst. As I type, I have not received my package. The sender even asked the drop it any pick up point close to my postcode they are still arguing that they want to send the package back to London. Can you imagine?

The worst company and depot. Their driver (Sumit) was solely responsible for the shoddy delivery and lies that put me back almost a week. Failed to collect an item and stated that βnobody was available when the courier attendedβ which was a total lie. CCTV cameras showed him pull up to the premises, not even get out and turn around and drive off. Then on delivery, he delivered it to the complete wrong address a mile down the road. When you try and speak to anyone, it goes to an international call centre and they refuse to actually assist or use common sense to retrieve a misdelivered parcel. In their words, they stated the driver has to complete his route first. So, you misdeliver an expensive item to someone random but instead of immediately heading back to grab it, your focus is on finishing the rest of the deliveries? Such flagrant disregard for customers is embarrassing and disgraceful.

USELESS UNPROFESSIONAL SHAMBOLIC Not even worth the one star I booked my delivery for a weekend. Driver Palwinder turned up on a weekday when I was at work. He phoned me saying he wanted to leave my items somewhere outside. I refused and told him they cannot be left outside. He was rude, left and I received the usual non delivery message..!! Later I received another message someone else was delivering my items on the day I had actually booked. I waited in all day. I saw the driver Ranjodh turn up, took a photo of my home and drove off again. No attempt to even call or ring the door bell. As you can imagine, I was absolutely fuming especially after I received the "missed delivery" message. No-one picks up the phone at Dudley Port to even chase up deliveries. Businesses need to STOP using them

The courier was supposed to deliver between 9:56 and 10:56 am by midday I checked the tracking and it said the driver was running behind time. The driver didn't turn up all day checked again and seen the package had been updated to refused. Called the depot and the girl was really trying to be helpful, and said she put a note down for the day team to deliver my parcel in the day time. Checked again and I could see the parcel had been returned to nike I've now raised a complaint with Nike.

A DPD driver Named Manpreet (Dudley port Tipton Base) keeps robbing our parcels. Takes a picture to say the parcel has been delivered, then puts it straight back in his van. I am down nearly a Β£1000 pound in Christmas presents, just in the space of 1 week but DPD, canβt be bothered to get back to me. Unlucky for them i am a solicitor, i have today started county court proceedings. They clearly NOT bothered, ill have my day in court.

Bought 4kg of perishable goods from company using DPD as courier. Deliverer either didn't leave card or he failed to arrive. Without a card, I have no reference number, and therefore can't rearrange delivery of parcel, which is now at my local depot, contents spoiling, three miles away. I can't even collect it from there myself as I have no adequate ID.

DPD are by far the best courier service I have used. The tracking of your parcel is accurate and communication is easy too. A text message well in advance of your parcel arriving is sent to your phone so you always have time to re arrange delivery or where you need your parcel to go if your not there. Excellent
