Had my surgery yday and had to do this because its so easy to write a bad review but when you have a great experience people just say thank you and go home well from the lady on reception to all the nurses and staff my anaesthetist and my surgeon i cant thank you enough you were all amazing everyone knows what pressures you are all put under and to work the way you do is a credit to you and liverpool and this country again thank you x

I went to the breast clinic due to a mass on my breast, and the Dr, the nurses, and everyone where so helpful and supportive, I was able to do the test and a eco without a problem, the building was clean and nice. Thanks a lot to everyone that works in that building. God bless
Bright and clean building. Busy but organised, people on hand to help. Lovely HCAs in the clinics putting you at ease and I was seen by really nice staff all round. Had a bad experience last time but was treated so nicely this time by kind and gentle staff.
All staff was very helpful. For all information and time I needed. Everyone was approachable and went out the extra mile to make the surgery (squint eye surgery) as painless and conformable as possible. Jenny was excellent and all doctors gave me all information I needed. Thanks to Dr Marsh, Michael and the whole team in theatre. Thank you
Attended the Endoscopy unit here . Efficient and friendly staff. Seemed to be adequate parking. Also had a drop off area.
