Joe was the person giving me a sports massage today. Joe was very informative all the way through the massage telling me what everything will do. He ensured that I was okay and enjoying the massage while providing professional and satisfactory treatment.
What a fantastic place Phil has helped me massively over the years with massage and stretching and doing my pt with him even helping me recover from a full shoulder replacement at the moment Phil is worth his weight in gold
I've been having problems in my shoulder and my lower back for a while now so l decided to go to evolution therapy clinic and had a few sessions with a guy named Joe, my shoulder and back have massively improved and I feel so free, as well as this he showed me a bunch of different exercises and each one has been exactly what I needed to help me, I highly recommend going
I had back problems as well as leg problems for over a month and one of their clients I think his name was Joe sorted the problems to my back and leg pain as well as give me some stretches to prevent it from happening and ever since I haven’t had a tight knots nor stiffness within my movements in my sport . Had a brilliant treatment of Michelle yesterday. Suffering sore neck and shoulders. She did some massage then accupuncture on me. I literally floated out the room my neck and back feel so much better today. Can't thank you enough Michelle.
