    Went in to deliver my Evri parcel the guy is really rude NEVER EVER GO HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE....Tried explaining to the guy on Amazon it mentions to send parcel packagless he just had go at me and told me thats not how it works when I've worked in a similar position in the past ...I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE IT 1 STAR WOULD GIVE IT A MINUS I posted it somewhere else without any hassle

    DO NOT EVER USE EVRI ! They will steal your stuff and say it’s been delivered with the worst picture to cover their tracks. This happened to us three times and Evri have said nothing. They do not care about your stuff as long as they have their money. It’s basically a scam. Avoid at all cost

    Bad experience trying to get through to speak to an human being @ Hermes about my River Island parcel that I haven't received, I have been waiting for over a month. All I could get through to is a robot machines that couldn't understand a word of mine reference numbers and letters it keeps asking for it over and over, the experience was very stressful and upsetting, I have been trying to get through for over three hours with no luck my friends try helping but was unable to get throughout . Also there wasn't any other option I couldn't key in the reference numbers as that option wasn't provided.
