The surgery gets some bad press but we’ve had some good experiences. Dr Zoe Olliver has been great for us on a number of occasions. For me personally a few years ago and now recently for our baby daughter.

Booking in for a telephone appointment. For the doctor to bear face lie, that my phone was off for both calls. When actually they didn't call once. It rings true the mistakes on their behalf, because when you call the surgery, it usually takes 5 or more calls to actually connect the line. I wouldnt recommend registering here if you require appointments or phonecalls back. A year on. And still having the same problems. Not receiving a phone call. When told of time, that they will call. No-one calls.

Waited for half an hour to get through for phone call appointment to not be contacted, I waited all day for them to call, second time this year I’ve been left waiting and no call when told it would be anytime the same day. Last time it left my son suffering pretty badly with his eczema which myself and my mum tackled. He was in agony, I call for a couple of things and nothing. Definitely doesn’t look good does it.

Tried to get an appointment to at least speak with a doctor, can't get my breath, went to Walk In yesterday. Receptionist was as helpful as she could be, clearly system is failing patients. No appointments available, advised to ring back at 8.00 in morning, I explained that it was hard to get through and she acknowledged that but that it was the same for everyone..... system is failing somewhere I suspect

More than 2 weeks trying to book a face-to-face appointment with a doctor to check my 8 months old Daughter's knee and they keep saying it is full. They have pre-booked a phone call in15 days after my call and I received a message on the following day cancelling and rescheduling is 20 days after my call. So far the worse GP I've ever had in UK.

Been a great surgery. Best thing I did was move here. I've always got an appointment if needed. I can't fault the doctor's. or receptionists. or nurses.

Would give it zero. I'm a cancer patient and classed as housebound. Needed some help with a cough, that wasn't going away, would only help after I complained, only spoke to me for a minute. I had to wait more than 2 days for a prescription, then they tried to refuse it. My medication is very important. They made me phone hospital for permission, when I have been getting this medication since December last year. I'm only get medication when maccmillian get involved. That's how bad they are.

Can’t get an answer on the phone rang at 8am still engaged at 9.45 gave up in the end rang back later spoke to receptionist who told me she would get me down for an emergency app then get text saying doctor says it’s not urgent ring back tomorrow morning for an emergency app what is the difference between today and tomorrow I am a diabetic and have a very raw rash under my arm and they have stopped the cream I use. This surgery is a joke the doctors are useless stay well clear

Terrible .waited for a telephone consultation for. 3weeks for my biopsy results after having tests done at the hospital ,Then a doctor not from my surgery rang me to ask what the results were for because he didn't know and they weren't on the system when I told him he said leave it 2weeks and ring my doctor's again total waste of time and why aren't we getting call back from our own doctor's surgery instead of random doctor's .
