I developed an infection because despite an urgent doctor referal they triaged me as non urgent. It's been 10 weeks since I first sought care and today I've had a message regarding being on a waiting list. Appts are at least 6 weeks in the future. If I had waited on them for treatment I'd have been hospitalized by now. As it is I've required several additional appointments from other providers, both nhs and private. Given they could not discerned the need for urgent care I do not trust they have the knowledge and expertise to treat me. They did mention a private hospital I could be treated at, called for a price - just over £5000. Imo not a reasonable alternative.

I wanted to let you know how much I really appreciate and value the service you provide. I've just made an appointment for my 6th Mirena since age 21 following a diagnosis of Endometriosis. The care and support I've always received from this clinic has been absolutely outstanding and really improved the quality of my life, living with Endometriosis, minimising my symptoms by 99%, just the occasional 10 minute light cramp and very light bleeding, literally about once a year for about half a day. With each Mirena insertion, every 5 years, I am cared for so well, the support is amazing. Dr Rani Chandy is so experienced and skilled and tells me when to take a deep breath in to minimise any discomfort. The actual removal and insertion of a Mirena takes less than 5 minutes. With your help and support and the Mirena, I've saved myself so much pain and discomfort, so many weeks, months and years of miserable symptoms and over £8,000 on tampons and pads and used this saving to go on holidays instead. My quality of life has been much improved as a result of using the Mirena to minimise the impact of Endometriosis. I'd highly recommend the Mirena and the care and support of Dr Chandy and this clinic to support your journey through life, enabling a much easier and better life experience. Thank you so very much, Dr Chandy and the team, you make such a positive difference to so many women. I'd honestly nominate Dr Chandy for an award for services to women, for improving the lives of literally thousands of very thankful women. You're all NHS heroes, thank you so much.

Was told we could walk in and get an appointment I was in a lot of pain and with my boyfriend they said I couldn’t get a appointment because walk ins are only in the mornings on certain days which is fair enough but the reception lady was very rude and unwelcoming and I walked out without getting any help. Still in pain

It was a bit difficult to get an appointment because you have to call. Had an amazing experience at the clinic. The doctor was very professional, friendly and took his time to listen and examined the samples he took. Finally a doctor that is trying to find the root of the the problem.

Appalling service. They called on the day telling my sister her appointment had moved time, which is fine as she was able to change the time with work luckily, but failed to mention it was now in Ellesmere port and not chester. On arrival the nurse preceded to tell my sister as she was stood in front of her to "call back when you calm down", and refused to let her sit inside. So she had to sit on the pavement in the rain whilst distressed. Disgusting. I don't know how someone in such a profession can be so utterly thoughtless.

After trying for months to arrange a smear with my doctors unsuccessfully I called here this morning. I realise I was extremely lucky in that they’d had a cancellation and I got an appointment for this afternoon. Got seen about half an hour after my appointment time but I was just relieved to have even gotten an appointment. The nurse (Hayley) was so, so lovely, explained everything to me and checked I was ok throughout. She’s an asset to the place. After the way my doctors surgery spoke to me after I dared to say it was concerning me that I could never get an appointment for something this important, I’ll probably try and go here in future.
