    As a mother of 3 school age children and a patient myself, I highly recommend the Elms Medical Practice. In the 13 years we have been registered at the practice, we have received the highest level of care possible. Dr Snowden and his team have assisted in several medical emergencies and I cannot thank them enough. We appreciate the pressures of the NHS, but we have always been able to get appointments or advice if the surgery is fully booked. The receptionists are always helpful too and try their hardest to fit us in or point us in the right direction for alternative care. All the doctors we have seen have been professional and take our concerns seriously. Both surgeries are so clean, well maintained and well equipped. Thank you again!

    The Elms is a responsive, pro-active practice. Reception staff are always helpful and welcoming, doing their best to sort out any issues. I recently attended a lecture on the health benefits of a good night's sleep given by one of the GP's. A great initiative and I've already changed my nightly routine as a consequence.

    Complete transformation in Elms Medical Practice in terms of greeting patients and even sending reminders for their appointments.. Doctors are very helpful if you need serious attention to cure the disorder they straight away recommend to Countess Hospital with detailed of yours haematology..There is sudden shift in prescribing the antibiotics to young kids.. My kid had red rashes on body after infecting with higher fever and GP straight away recommended the antibiotics to cure the rashes and infection in body which was the big help as bugs and fever are very often caught from other kids in schools..

    I have been a patient with the Elms for many years and have always felt that I and my family recurve excellent care from all the practitioners and staff there. Over recent years it has been noticeable how the Elms has become even more proactive and efficient in such areas as arranging screening and generally following up issues. I have also found that they are well connected to a multitude of local medical services such as physiotherapy, minor surgery clinics or specialist services such that issues get dealt with efficiently. The staff are really helpful and caring - the GP team have always been excellent and special mention to Nurse Erin Byrne who is excellent. In general, I am finding the care here excellent.

    When struggling with issue I called in. In giving the description of my symptoms to the receptionist, Leah, she was so helpful, suggesting a double appointment with Dr Cleeton. Dr Cleeton was understanding and supportive, and able to promptly prescribe treatment for me. Grateful to Leah for her excellent reading of my situation and Dr Cleeton for her excellent advice.

    This glowing review is to the amazing Elms Medical centre team. I feel so very lucky and proud to be with the Elms practice. Whenever ive had to call you, the receptionists have been so helpful, efficient, courteous and polite. They always call me back when they say they will and try their very best to sort out the issue, this is so refreshing, as I hear many of my friends, colleagues and other family members that belong to other medical practices, feeling very disgruntled and not happy with their practice reception team. I may have actually lost friends because I have great pleasure in always telling them that The Elms are amazing and they need to change their practice and head over to you. But its not just the reception team its also the Drs, whichever one I see always takes time to respectfully listen and then informs me of the plan of action. Honestly Elms team I cannot fault you, not just now have you delivered great care but throughout the whole of covid I always felt fully supported by you. Well done, please keep doing what youre doing. A very happy patient Angie
