The worst company to deal with. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold for hours or they just put the phone down on you
DPD UK is a terrible delivery company in every way possible. They keep giving me problems with every order I'm supposed to receive through them! They just dump your items with a pickup shop if you're not in and refuse to redeliver it! My pickup shop was 9 miles away! It's impossible to contact them to tell them. Terrible customer service from a call centre in the third world. You are kept on call waiting for an hour before they might pick-up your call. The lines are unclear and the English of the low-wage, low-skilled staff is barely comprehensible. I do not recommend at all. Ridiculous.
