   Excellent service! I got an Algerian tourist visa to visit some family and delivered in 2 weeks - faster than any other agency! They went into the embassy on their own accord just to check the update (when the embassy were not replying) and they got this done quickly and I was able to travel! Helpful on the phones. They know what they are doing.

   We worked with Elaine at BirchVisas for a U.S. B1 application and were very disappointed with the service. She submitted our DS-160, which clearly listed multiple recent ESTA entries into the U.S., yet never warned us that a B1 refusal can immediately invalidate an ESTA. We only discovered the cancellation on the day of travel at the airport. Elaine later stated that “we never told her we had an ESTA or planned to travel again,” despite the fact that she personally input six U.S. entries into the DS-160 for 2025 alone. This makes the claim quite confusing. We were also never told that requesting a 6-month stay on a first-time B1 is treated as a red flag and is almost always refused something every immigration lawyer has since confirmed to us. Because of this, we now have to wait 6–12 months before even considering reapplying. When we raised these issues, BirchVisas positioned their role as purely “administrative,” despite presenting themselves online as visa specialists. If that’s the case, save your money - you can fill out the form yourself since that’s essentially all they’re doing.

   I had a question about something on their website - an obscure rule about dual nationals - and I was very helpfully advised when I phoned to check. The person answered some other questions I had too. I hope this review doesn't deluge them with future requests for free advice. I did think they basically did me a good deed without any expectation of benefit for themselves from it, and that's a good sign about the kind of people you're dealing with.
