   Visited today for a 4pm appointment. Although had uploaded everything online and only came for biometrics all in all took 1 hour. Outside was not busy like the other pics, no need to wear mask unless you want to. Inside there were plenty of people and the agent I had was very informative and friendly. Parking was done nearby Ruskin Square Car Park: very secure and clean, unlike other car parks I've seen nearby. I don't know if it's normal practice or because it's Friday, around 4:20pm to 4:30 pm they were letting in people who had appointment at 5pm.

   Quick and professional service. Don’t go there before your allocated time slot, based on the desk availability, they call you from the security. There wasn’t any queue on Tuesday morning and the all process was very smooth. The security staff was very friendly. We finished our all process in 20-25 mins. The staff at the desk could be little bit more talkative and friendly, but it was okay overall. 6-8 mins walking distance to train station.

   Great experience. Lot of helpful staffs. The whole appointment finished in 15 mins. My baby’s appointment was at the morning 9:30 am. We reached earlier around 9 am and finished the whole process by 9:15 am as there was no queue outside. They will only allow one adult with the baby, my wife was waiting outside. Luckily there was a baby changing room in the ground floor near the entrance, it will be useful for the parents to change nappies and feed the baby.

   Quick and professional service. But there is no procedures of maintaining time at the reception/ security to enter into site. Though in the email they’ve mentioned don’t go there before your allocated time slot. I had my appointment booked at 08:00 and went there just before 5 minutes of the appointment. When I get into inside I saw peoples are sitting in queue whose actual appointment was at 09:00 and 10:00!! Because of this I couldn’t be able to finished my biometric at 08:00 as I was putting in queue! And finished at 08:40! Car park (Ruskin Square Car Park) is nearby which is 2-3 minutes walking distance and also affordable. ATTENTION: Just don’t wait for your slot time, as soon as you are on site just go there otherwise you’ll be behind the people in queue whose appointment just after your!!! Just go there, it doesn’t matter 30 minutes or 1 hours ago before your actual appointment time!!

   I went to the appointment with my better half. She said the staff she dealt with as extremely polite and courteous, even jovial which was lovely. The mature gentleman you meet at the entrance looks pretty miserable, so to cheer him up I would recommend you smile at him and have your appointment letter ready.

   Great experience from visiting such a busy place. Even though booking times are not kept, as you would expect after appointment instructions you would previously receive by email and you have to queue to get in, normally the biometrics procedure is very quick. It took my mum around 20 min in total and that included queueing time to get into the building. The staff there was very polite and helpful too. There are parking spaces ( pay and display) just outside of the building. The closest one on the left hand side from the building on the road. Make sure to pay for parking to avoid paying £130 fine.

   We had to queue up and show qr codes for appointment and a lovely m,warm and friendly security guard called Christopher was so helpful and just so pleasant directing us in the right way we needed to go. You walk through the security machine and leave all your items to the side as you're walking through the security screening. For the biometrics we had to go up to level 2 and once there another friendly gentleman directed us to the next available collegue. Everyone was just so friendly it was so lovely. The lady that served us was really nice,patient and kind. She gave us instructions,talked us through everything and just made us feel comfortable. Overall what a pleasant experience
