Absolutely rubbish. Two parcels sent. Neither got there. One didn’t even attempt delivery and returned it to me. The other was sent to a shop for collection, the shop closed so the item was returned, no time for the buyer to collect their item. Appalling service.
Absolutely pathetic service. Paid for next day collection and delivery... just never turned up. I lost £60 in my products which may I add were to be sent as a birthday gift. Absolute shambles and not willing to compensate. They promised me that collection would be made by 10pm but still never turned up. DO NOT USE THIS BOGUS COMPANY...BE WARNED! I do not even want to give them a 1 star... I'm so disappointed...
Had to deliver parcel to depot as did not turn up on stated day. Said they came to collect parcel, no pre arrangement by phone, we were in when they said they called twice! Have sent emails several but no reply. What a waste of my time.
Arranged for a parcel to be collected and no one came so now I've paid for a next day delivery & obviously the customer won't get it!! Absolutely useless just as bad as Hermes!! Disgusting
An ipost delivery came, the door bell rang, I was upstairs at the time, by the time I had walked downstairs there was a note pushed through the letterbox. I went outside to see the van moving away. How many seconds do ipost allow before going? I am not pleased.
