   Worse place to use, reviews on this place don't seem real due to how bad they are, damaged items, late and drivers that say attempted delivery yet are miles from your address, why parcel force uses this depot i don't know as workers are lazy and i've seen a few parked up opening parcels, can't be trusted and the depot refuse to sort any complaints out. Over 20 parcels this year and i've had to have 16 replaced and i've had to pick all of them up as drivers are useless, cheap labor don't always mean good service.

   Very bad company working for them, my partner worked there total 2 days (week in hand for the 2 days) 2nd day he went to work he was throwing up everywhere in their toilets and the manager martin said if your going home don’t come back! I don’t employ people like that. Very rude you don’t feel well and you get sacked!! No wonder there hiring employees like no tomorrow no interview or anything causes they're a bad company and there struggling to get people to work for them. I mean look at the reviews they’ve got says it all.

   Shocking delivery service. Every time you are involved in delivering my mail it goes wrong. Drivers claim they been at address but are just o lazy to get up the stairs. CCTV footage proves that they look at the tower block and just drive off and claim they been there

   Can't believe they're still in business.. A shocking, joke of a service. Two weeks after the scheduled delivery date. (I thought I would allow for xmas & covid delays). I phoned them for an update and they claimed the house number was missing, so I checked with the sender and it wasn't missing. I phoned them again to dispute their claim and gave them the house number. I was told it would be delivered next day or day after at latest . Seven days later it was still showing as 'In Depot' . I phoned again and was told it hadn't been scanned for any update for at least four days, and she didn't even know if it was at the depot... Utter Rubbish courier.

   Easily picked up parcel to save redelivery, friendly staff and ample parking available. Its definitely great for anyone who cant always guarantee being in for deliveries just make sure you have correct ID
