Don’t waste your time. My appointment has been cancelled twice. I was offered another one on a weekday… Not going to take day off to be told again that they can’t make it. I really want to believe that practitioner is ill as they said and there is nothing to do with such a nice whether +29C…
Lovely staff but unfortunately the worst and most uncomfortable Indian head massage I've ever had. The therapist wore blue latex gloves to massage me!? The smell of them was horrible, the feel of them was very uncomfortable on my shoulders and neck as they began to almost burn after rubbing my shoulders so much. There was barely any oil used and the therapist probably couldn't feel this due to having gloves on. The head massage was not nice and it just felt like I was getting patted on the head with latex gloves on. The gloves smelled and made a plastic noise the whole way through. I wish I could have said something but I just didnt feel i could. I won't return Unfortunately. My skin is now feeling very sore and feels like sunburn due to being rubbed with gloves on for 40 mins. I've had many Indian head massages over the years but never ever like this.
I had my first session of Acupuncture with Hazel today. She was extremely knowledgable and professional throughout. I feel like a different person after just one session. I would recommend Hazel and the clinic.
I’ve been seeing Jennifer for acupuncture over the past few months, and I’ve noticed such a positive difference in my symptoms—her care and expertise make all the difference. If you’re looking for additional relief, I highly recommend Karl for sports massage therapy too. His sessions have been a great for me. Highly recommend both!
Feeling very stressed and overwhelmed I booked an appointment with Jennifer to so something 'mindful'. She recommended accussage. I'd ofcourse had massage and accupuncture in the past but never the combination of the two. My goodness! I've already booked and paid for my next session. I cannot decribe the effect it had on me. The entire experience was a pleasure. Personable and caring staff. I felt safe, secure and calm in the environment. Thank you! I feel like you might have changed my life today.
Staff incredibly helpful. One was even kind enough to drop something I’d ordered at my house so I had it in plenty of time. Excellent customer service!
Fantastic service, very professional and highly knowledgeable! Felt at ease and everything was explained in detail. I went in for a message for my sciatica ended up having acupuncture/ massage. Cannot recommend Jenny enough.

I just had a sports massage with Dan. He is absolutely fantastic. His knowledge is out of this world. I feel ten times better and I am already booked in to see him again next week. I have had many sports massages but Dan is by far the best. He really understands the anatomy of the body and explains things well. He actually listens to your problems and helps work on those weak/tight muscles. I am already looking forward to next week. Thank you so much
I went to see Jennifer after maybe 10 months of having a deep ache/pain that seemed to originate in my shoulder. When it started I thought I’d slept badly or had neck tension from stress at work (I probably did) or had been working too much at a desk and driving too much. But whatever I tried to do to help it, the ache/pain just didn’t go away. It became quite disabling and made me tearful. It was always there although sometimes worse than others. But it felt like it was there to stay. The ache travelled into my neck and shoulder and through my whole arm and hand, it was very difficult to pinpoint where and what it was. I think it even travelled into my leg. I used to lift my arm up, stretch it backwards, pull it forward or around to the left - all sorts, that’s what it felt it needed – but nothing worked. After months, I went to a physio (very pricey), but he wasn’t able to help. He suggested it might be the effects of Long Covid, was surprised that I had very good mobility in that area. And so then I decided to try acupuncture. After three sessions I think it was, the trouble had gone. This was after almost a year struggling with it. I went for acupuncture but what I got was actually a combination of acupunture and physiotherapy. Jennifer did a lot of massage - exploratory and then really focused and attentive on where the issue was, working it – it was like no massage I’ve ever had before. There were simple neck exercises to do too. Thing is I was in fantastically good hands from the word go. She found large gristly knots in my shoulder blade area and neck and gave them a lot of attention – massage and acupuncture. The following week I think I had developed a bit of pain in another area as a consequence and there was some rejigging to do. She also suggested I see a colleague of hers (Gary Sharp) at the practice, an osteopath, who did some manipulation (there was a very satisfying crack as my spine loosened up). I can’t remember the ins and outs of it all if I’m honest. It all took place in 2020 and writing this review has been very delayed. But I had to write one. I think back sometimes and it’s really quite something. I was in so much discomfort for so long and then three sessions with Jennifer and one with Gary and it was sorted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
