Front gate locked at 11am but walked around the side no problem. Massage was lovely, lovely staff. Chatty at first and then quiet so I could relax which was really good. Nice connection. Masseuse was interrupted a few times by her own guys which I think frustrated her a bit. But it didn’t bother me really and she made sure I got my full time. I had a Swedish and Indian head massage- and the effects lasted for days. I feel great.
Purchase groupon voucher & arranged 2 appointments with Bev only for her to cancel the 1st one at 08.30am the same morning and then the 2nd one she forgot to put in her diary! 2 wasted days booked off work. Chased twice for refund & still not received! Very unreliable - steer clear!!!
Bought a groupon for here and wish I'd read the reviews first as they are exactly what we experienced. Couldn't get an appointment....phones ignored and just messages saying they will call us back. Luckily, we never put the voucher details in any messages so Groupon could investigate. Had to wait 2 weeks but got the money back (They couldn't get hold of this place either) Won't be recommending to anyone!!!
Booked massage December paid, appointment booked for a week last Saturday. Arrived 10mins before hand ready, walked through the door to 'going home, not well. No apology.... Tried to request a further Saturday to be asked to come Wednesday night?!?! Advised no thanks, I will have a refund please. Ok no problem will sort that for you. After about 10 calls, 10 texts, 5 messengers most of which were ignored we finally got our refund begrudgingly a week later. Not good experience at all and would say not going to return. Shame really as would have been used regularly as so close to home. Customer service none existent.... Kneads training!! Definitely......
Absolutely incredible deep tissue massage! Me and my husband both massively impressed and will be going back. The woman who massaged us both was very, very skilled and we both had a good chat and a laugh. Definitely would recommend.
