Brilliant service - 20 minutes from calling the Elms regarding concern about an elderly lady , Dr Cleeton rang back and sorted a prescription. She’s always a fantastically caring and efficient doctor. I’ve always found all the staff to be friendly and helpful under enormous pressure. Thank you
Fantastic place. Seen fast managed to get an appointment which is brilliant. Staff are polite. Waiting area well set out. Got a diagnosis on the day for my daughter's ailment. Antibiotics and she was better in no time at all. What else could you need. Thank you.
Carnt score any lower happened to be on the parade shops with chest pains struggled to the practice which I am registered my wife had gone a head to ask for medical help assistance once in their I was told to leave the practice and dial 999 it was minus 1 degrees outside we managed to get home made our own way to hospital and it was confirmed I had a heart attack disgraceful practice deserve to b struck off UPDATE TO ABOVE The practice has failed to contact me reference the complaint originally lodged They stated they will get back to me within 21 working days true to form they have failed to do this This says all about elms medical practice and how disregard to patients and their needs and requirements

Twice now they have gave me an my daughter the wrong information and actually prescribed the wrong thing there receptionist are highly rude !
