This didn’t even deserve one star Today’s experience was nothing short of appalling. Instead of receiving proper care and attention, I was treated with complete disregard. I was hushed as if my concerns were unimportant, and the doctor repeatedly cut me off, refusing to let me finish explaining my symptoms. How can a patient receive proper care if they aren’t even allowed to speak? To make matters worse, I overheard a nurse telling the receptionist she didn’t want to do my appointment just so she could leave early. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in any setting, let alone in healthcare. The doctor’s attitude was equally disappointing—patronizing, dismissive, and laced with unnecessary rude remarks. A little professionalism and basic respect for patients wouldn’t go amiss. If this is the standard of care being offered, I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
This clinic is amazing! I have had recurrent issues with my sexual health for 10 years and my GP practice don’t take the time to look into things further! The nurse I seen has been so helpful and done all the tests I need to see what is going on
Staff are lovely and friendly the place is spotless and got to say it smells amazing when you walk in. You get seen to more or less straight away and you always get seen. Unlike my doctors. I would highly recommend anybody to go here. Thanks guys for all your hard work l really appreciate you all .
