Absolutely disgraceful service, been fighting repeatedly for last two weeks to have my child seen for ongoing health issues , everytime being told no appointments are available, shes suffering from her symptoms and is in pain struggling daily . School are on my back because shes missing days being sent home poorly when shes in her last important year . Whether you phone or walk in you get told the same , no appointments try again tomorrow to then be told the next day the same thing . Then they try to fob you off by telling you to go to a&e when its not a a&e matter . Your then expected to explain in detail infront of other people at the reception desk the health problems eventhough the receptionist aren't medically trained and have no appointments apparently anyway yet when you go in the surgery its almost empty. If they have no appointments at all the surgery should be full of people. No pre bookable appointments for children who have to attend school. Doctors are only there on certain days but with no pre bookable appointments your not always able to see the same doctor who knows about your current ongoing health issues. The online health app is useless as no information on your health records are available, repeat medications are missing from it , and you cannot make appointments from it as this surgery doesn't support the app to make appointments according to the app itself. This surgery needs a complete overhaul and a detailed investigation surrounding the patients complaints and concerns with the surgery.

Every appointment I've had has been 45 minutes late. I leave work to attend these appointments and miss double the amount of allocated time.

I don’t usually leave 1-star reviews, but this is the worst GP surgery I’ve ever dealt with. Getting an appointment is nearly impossible unless you call the second they open and press 1 repeatedly. Even then, you’re often 15th in the queue, only to be told all slots are gone — “we’ve already booked 100 today.” We are unable to book appointments for a different day. So you need to take a day off only to be told there is no appointments left. You’re left to explain your own symptoms and being doctor for yourself sometimes. When you do they say it's normal and many people leave with those symptoms. They don't send you for more important checkup, blood tests etc when you call with the same problem over some period of time. For a 15-minute adoption medical, we were charged £80 per person and were even handed another patient’s file (our neighbour’s) — serious data protection breach. But when they need money, they will call you non stop. We’ve been waiting over a month for a simple Aviva form to be filled in. The person in charge is always off sick, on holiday, or never on the same shift. They are explaining that there is a backlog, as per usual. When I had black urine and abdominal pain, I was told nothing was wrong. Some staff are hardworking and kind, and I genuinely feel sorry for them — but this clinic urgently needs proper management and a new working system. As soon as we get documents. Hopefully this month.. maybe not, we will be changing the practice as this is 1 start at it's best.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get an appointment for over a week despite trying multiple times. I appreciate that this is not the fault of individual staff members and that the NHS is under immense pressure. However, I did feel that a bit more compassion and understanding from the reception team would have made a big difference. What I found particularly frustrating was the lack of an option to pre-book appointments for non-urgent issues. Being told to call back the next day - only to face the same situation repeatedly - felt both disheartening and unfair. It’s a system that leaves many patients stuck in a loop without resolution. I’ve now registered with a new surgery, but I felt it was important to share this feedback in the hope that it might support improvements for others in future.

Joined this surgery 3 months ago and they still haven’t been able to access my health records, leaving me without medication. They only open during working hours so impossible to use the service if you have a job. I had to take the morning off work to attend an appointment and left 40 minutes after my appointment time as I had still not been seen.

Phoned at 11.30. No 7 in the que finally answered at 12.25. Needed antibiotics. Receptionist wanted to know all about my problem and condition. Felt very uncomfortable speaking. Finally agreed to put me on triage list and would get a phone call the same day. Guess what no call.

Today I waited nearly an hour on the phone queue to book an appointment and on the end they told me to.... calll again tomorrow TO BOOK an appointment.... I explained that I feel very bad, but may be it was not important. I missed my work today because I feel bad and now I have to miss another working day tomorrow, to be able to call and wait the queue again. Several weeks ago I had booked a phone appointment for my daughter and I waited, but nobody called me. I rung later in the day to ask why and a lady told me only that no connection with the secretary. No excuse, no calls. I wonder if it is a health service???

Absolutely shocking very rarely call doctors but when you need to you ring 8.30 to a recorded message saying dealing with others and call back later. You call back by 9am and there are no appts anyway, joke.....

"Caller number one" from 11:00-12:40 on the general enquiries option regarding a very important prescription update for a lady in her nineties. Hung up and called again to try the appointment option to get an automated message saying they close at 12:00 for lunch. Logging a complaint with the commissioner.
