Drivers who can't be bothered! Id give it less than a 1 star if i could. I payed an extra £9.99 for next day delivery for driver to be apparently outside my house while i was on the door step because i tracked it through the app. For it to just say sorry we missed you and they're taking it to my "nearest" shop 2 miles away and as i don't drive this is incredible in convenient. Its telling me i have to now wait until monday the 20th for the pick up from the shop when its a mothers day gift. I called the help line for them to just tell me there's nothing they can do. My advice I'd DONT USE DPD!
