Had a consultation call this morning booked for 8:20 AM, it’s now 8:35 AM and still no call when my appointment slot was 8:20 - 8:30 AM, absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible practice! I've been calling since 8:00 in the morning! Nobody picked up the phone! I arrived at the reception desk at 8:10 with my phone in my hands and was told by the receptionist that they could only book me for next week!

Very poor service from reception. One of those surgeries that you have to get to the rat race at 8am. No reply from phone call, the receptionist said that it goes straight to the hub, hence what's the point. Even with a message from doctor asking me to get a phone appointment, it's such a drag. With a empty waiting room, a very 'helpful' receptionist asked me to comeback tomorrow to get an appointment. These guys are so arrogant. Let's waste people's time calling at 8am, not replying phone calls, not giving a satisfactory service. Ahhh, I've been asked to call again at 8am or call again in the surgery, they may have more availability tomorrow.

Awful since transferring to PC24 contact centre you can’t even speak to your own doctors receptionist directly get put in a queue at 8am like you’re told to. and never an appointment. very serious when people are very poorly or ill. get ride of PC24 we never asked for them to take over all these surgeries & open a contact centre in Litherland. no idea who the GPs are anymore. really worrying for or health future and my families.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Requested prescription though the app, over a month since my last request yet everything was rejected with no explanation, I'm on heart tablets that I cannot stop yet had to go without for 4 days while it was sorted. Doc said I needed a referral to the diabetic team to adjust my meds which he would do. 3 times they didn't do the referral, it's now been 8 months and finally I got it BUT to the dietician NOT the team to sort my meds so the wait continues The ground staff and nurses are great and do their best 10 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING for a diabetic review, I've given up. Just wish I could find another surgery as this place needs looking into and reporting

I have been with this surgery since it was Doctor Taylor’s. Since then it’s changed hands a few times. I have never had any real issues but for the past two weeks I have been trying to phone. It’s a joke the automated message tells me there is either 9 or 7 people in the queue every single time I call. I specifically call late afternoon as I am enquiring about results but come on there is no way there are constantly that many people calling. I can hold for an hour and it still only goes down to 6. THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED ASAP ITS A JOKE.

This is the worst doctors I’ve ever had!! I went in to speak to receptionist last week on Wednesday to request a GP call to discuss pain relief for my back as going on long flight for work to Australia and was told earliest app was for today Monday. I advised leaving at 5am Tuesday so would need prescription processed Monday. No call. Chased it up waited 40 minutes for someone to answer and was told no call booked in. Then told no appointments available!! Now will be ok a long haul flight ✈️ in complete agony.

It's a shame as most staff are nice people, but it's been 18 months since I was first seen as I was feeling very unwell, mountains of phone calls bloods etc and 2 visits to A&E with severe abdominal pains and throwing up constantly. To be given tablets for all symptoms but no diagnosis other than large simple cyst on kidney and fibroid in uterus. I've lost 2 stone and continue to struggle. Told antibodies are slightly high?!? I'm now in constant agony with still no diagnosis. My urine is dark brown and has been for all this time. Still no further and very unwell. I've had enough, asked for complaint procedure to be told it'll be emailed, still no email. I feel I have no option but to pursue help through a solicitor to get medical help and correct treatment. Same as all reviews 63 times rang in one day no answer ended up calling 111 to then be rushed to hospital. Whatever the reason for poor medical assistance this should not be happening

I needed blood tests ordered by my hospital consultant, when I got there for my appointment they did not have the paperwork! Good job I got my hospital’s letter! Also they did not send my results of February to my hospital consultant. You can’t get through in the morning, it will either be constantly engaged or they will hung up after a few rings! There is one receptionist that won’t let you speak and hungs up on you whilst you are talking! This surgery has become a nightmare! No wonder people are going to a&e! There has been many instances of awful service but I won’t waste my time! It’s scandalous how they can get away with not seeing any patients! Covid was a God send for these Drs someone should tell them to get back to work like the rest of the country!!

Its such a shame as "some" of the staff are lovely, then you get the fee who treat you like dirt, there is no secure GP whoch makes it difficult when you have on going medical needs, Dr Bud who is at the surgery regularly is a horrible man, he is rude, has no bedside manner and no time for his patients or there needs, why he is a doctor is beyond me. The practise needs a serieous sort out with reguards to secure medical staff and the appointment booking systme as ringing over 100 times at 8am is ridiculous.
