   I paid £60 for a parcel 11/12/25 destine for my relative with 90 percent stoke in new jersey USA via my local PO. 15/1225, I tracked this only to see DPD Stating, (your parcel is on its way back to) ?????. I tracked again 20/12/25 only to see DPD stating, (your parcel has been return back to DPD depo Birmingham and could not be delivered due to disturbance's in the area ???). I've been to the depo in Birmingham to find no help from anyone. I've tried calling the number only for the robot to be repeating itself, I need that parcel back not the insurance money I paid, just so i can resent via a more approachable and reliable/professional courier company DPD !!! YOU ARE AND CONSTANTLY DEPRESSING CUSTOMERS WITH YOUR STAFF NOT EXICUTING THERE TASKS, THIS NEEDS TO STOP, LOOK AT YOUR REVIEW PLEASE.

   Complete joke of a service. 3 parcels due to be delivered 4 days ago and tracking is stuck on "held at depot". Contacted seller who sent out replacements due for delivery yesterday and guess what - that parcel is also stuck at the depot. Called DPD yesterday to be advised they are all coming out today. Today's tracking is again "held at depot". Called DPD yet again to be told they are being held for operational reasons and drivers are on strike (which is not my problem). I asked if I can collect from depot to be told no. I have now been advised again delivery due tomorrow but no guarantee. I would stay away from using these clowns and will be escalating to the seller.

   Really bad services Their Steven he always comes to my property but never stop to deliver and then he uploads someone else property image by saying sorry we missed it happened 5 times already with my 3 different parcels. And then every time I have to call to the customer support re arrange it with a different drives who is been so nice and always delivers it on time. I complaint about this drvier 5 times already but the depot hasnt taken any action at all.

   DPD Extremely Disappointing Experience I had one of the worst experiences with DPD, and it caused unnecessary distress to my family. I was expecting a next day delivery parcel containing my daughter’s wheelchair, urgently needed after she was admitted to hospital following a road accident. Her physio team wouldn't discharge her without it. I received a text with a 1 hour delivery window and tracked the driver live. The tracker showed the driver entered my road during that slot but never delivered the parcel. I immediately contacted DPD through the call centre and was put through to someone at the local depot. The lady was incredibly rude and arrogant , repeating that the tracking wasn't accurate and the delivery could happen anytime until 8pm. Despite me saying the driver had already left my area, she refused to help and even threatened, If you don't listen, I'll just return your parcel to the sender. The parcel never arrived that day. As a result, my daughter had to stay in hospital for an extra three days, all because of this failed delivery. I called again on Saturday, hoping to collect the parcel myself. This time, a manager told me it wouldn’t be delivered until Monday and that the parcel was on a lorry she couldn’t locate. No effort was made to help. The parcel finally arrived on Monday morning, and only then could we bring my daughter home three days later than planned. Why should anyone pay for next day delivery if: You don’t deliver on time? Your staff can’t be bothered to assist? Your tracking misleads customers? Your depot refuses self collection even in emergencies? This service was unacceptable during a critical time for my family. I hope DPD seriously reviews how they treat customers, especially in situations where compassion and accountability are needed most.

   They couldn’t find the right place three times and always had excuses, refused, missed, refused. Had they ever been trained about the road? There is even no option for collections. The parcel will stay with them forever. Horrible contact service as well; they don’t listen and are very rude. They just reschedule a delivery time, which seems it will never be delivered. Good luck

   They lost my parcel. The tracking stopped after 2 days. I couldn't get any sense out of anyone at DPD. Then after 15 day's of not knowing anything, it suddenly turned up on the doorstep, without warning. Luckily someone was in to receive it otherwise it may well have gone astray again. If I could I would award 0 stars. It was a very bad experience and I will do everything possible to avoid DPD in future.
