I had an appointment, as I was going through some issues and I was so nervous. When I got into the appointment, a nurse called “Hannah” was called in and made me feel so at ease. She answered every question I had, and more. She told me what I was going through would be somewhat recovered in 24-48 hrs, which made me feel at ease. Hannah then proceeded to say “if you have any problems, or concerns please come back and I’ll support you in any way” You’ve got a really kind, gentle nurse. Thank you Hannah ❤️

I was seen by a nurse Jimmy Byrne and he was the nicest nurse ive ever seen and the most informative ive seen. He described all my injury in full and everything I need to do and should do to recover. I couldn't have asked to be seen by a better nurse. Thank you so much jimmy From Gary

I attended this morning arrived at 7.45am although they didn’t open until 8, I had a fall and severe bruising on my knee was seen in reception then triage, minor injuries sent me for xray and back to minor injuries the staff were all wonderful, polite and efficient I was out by 9.15 lucky enough there was no major damage to my leg or knee. Even if I had to wait another 3 hours for this service I still could not moan the staff were brilliant even though they had a few rude and abusive patients they had to deal with. Thank you for your help and support today.

From day 1 of my first visit to this walk on the 2nd February to my final visit on 15th April, they have been nothing but exceptional. I unfortunately have been being treated for a chronic wound on my neck as a result of a minor mole surgery gone wrong. Without the help of the staff in this walk-in, I don’t want to imagine how my neck wound would have turned out. One member in particular I owe so much to. Tanya the health care/dressing nurse at this walk-in has been my life saver. She has been with me every step and giving me so much comfort during my whole experience. She has honestly been nothing but amazing and I honestly am so grateful that she was there that first day. I wish I could do more than write this review as she deserves so much. She is someone I will forever remember as helping me through quite a rough patch and getting me out the other side. Tanya thankyou so much for everything. I hope you see this and know how amazing and special you are. Mel x

I went in and sat there for 2 hours just to be told my throat was probably red because of Covid and what I thought was impetigo (which I get twice a year so I know what it is) is a ‘zit’. It’s been 3 hours since then and the ‘zit’ has spread across my lip and face and my throat has gotten so much worse, I can’t breathe properly nor swallow anything. Of to arrowe park because they probably won’t fob me off.
