Have been with this practice for almost 5 years now. They are very helpful and as accommodating as possible given the pressure on them. The doctors, nurses and reception staff all very efficient and professional.
I am the client at this dental practice. And I usually see the one dentist regularly but this time I didn’t know they booked me with the different one which few months ago.. And this female dentist so unprofessional (I don’t want to name it) the whole times while she checking my tooth and hygiene my tooth (very rough too) she chatting with the assistant whole time I felt she so disrespected the Client Anyway I request next time make sure book me with the one I normally see
Much better than any of the 3 doctors I have been registered with in the past. Really like the online consultation. All doctors should offer this. The online consultation section on the website is difficult to find though.
I am not sure what happened to this surgery but they have made it nigh on impossible to book appointments. The online e-consult is buried on their website in the most ridiculous place - I work in IT and struggled to find it, how would an elderly person find it? Additionally you can only request an appointment through their website during opening hours. And even then it sometimes gets randomly shut down DURING opening hours. Come again? What's the point in having a website? Of course I could call during a ridiculously short time window in the morning but you'd be lucky to get through. Not everyone wants or needs a same day appointment. Might as well leave a note on their homepage "please don't bother us and find another surgery". Whoever came up with this concept needs to have their head examined. Oh of course, they probably couldn't get an appointment for that!
I have recently moved into the area and am very impressed so far. Once registered, l completed an e-consult and was contacted that afternoon. I was given a face to face appt the following day and fast tracked. The receptionist was courteous and both Dr McLaren and Dr Sullivan were amazing.
I think our surgery gives an excellent service and where possible depending on your need you don't had to wait long to be able to see a doctor. I have spoken to other members of my family and friends in various parts of the country and the service they receive is very poor.
After going through the 8:30am ring up lottery, manager to get through to reception. I was given an appointment for 3pm. I arrive at the surgery at 2:55. with 2 other patients waiting. These were quickly seen to. and I waited and I waited and I waited,. in the meantime a nurse who had been walking up and down says "won't be a minute" at 3:30pm. Come 4pm, I had waited enough, went back down stairs to reception and said forget it. Receptionist say we are one nurse down, I say there is nobody up there, then the nurse who had been walking up and down pipes up, I have a patient with me. I ask why she is down here then, silence. Absolutely pathetic. Looks like I am looking for a new doctor then
