Worst doctors I have ever been to, doctor useless is extremely dismissive and believes he knows more than the specialists at hospitals when he clearly knows nothing and shouldn't be aloud near people, honestly wonder if he's doctorate is even real
How can you not have same day apps to offer someone at 8am How can you only have pre bookable apps Ive never heard such rubbish so when your ill you can’t see a GP at this practice for 3 days think it’s time to move GPs im absolutely shocked they don’t do same day apps
Shocking can’t get a prescription never mind appointment for my 15 month old daughter who is now in hospital for the 3rd time I’m also epilepsy having focal and prolonged Seizures regularly leading me to koma more then 4 times in a few months…. Hospital advise me make regular appointments which is like speaking to a wall…. I would advise anybody looking for a doctor not to approach this veterinarian in fact you would probably be better off seeing a vet then this dive
The experience was terrible as been number 1 in que for over 1 hour. Call it a good doctors when they can even answer the phone when ya have a ill baby.
My daughter have appointment 12:20 get call at 1pm Doctor Never been on time for the appointment walkways being late , and one of the doctor was flirty with me last time when I was there just feel weird very disappointed service so far make sure guys try to have on time your appointment
Called late today and only waited a few minutes to get through. Immediately managed to get a picture to the doctor and at 5.50 only 1 hour after I rang my percription was ready. Reception staff were brilliant and extremely helpful in these difficult times. Thanks.
Absolutely shocking. Just been on the phone for 35 minutes, caller number 1 then cut off. I’m am phoning on behave of my 75 year old mum and can’t even speak to a receptionist! I knew the system was broken but this service is appalling. Doesn’t deserve one star!
Only recently joined but I find them great. Can always get an appointment staff are super friendly and helpful too. Great little doctors surgery.
The staff are very helpful, the surgery has been decorated and updated,too much grey for me , nurse Donna new to the practice and is very helpful,
Shouldn't really have any stars this place is useless can't even get a prescription right and takes over a week to even get it signed by the doctor and you can never get an appointment when needed and can't been seen for more than one problem at a time
