   Extremely disappointing experience and a complete lack of accountability. Paid £385 per person for a visa service where the actual visa + handling fee is only ~£110. They made several last-minute changes, including asking me to create and print a travel itinerary just 2 hours before the appointment—something they had promised to handle. At the visa center, a different person (who hadn’t worked with us before) handled our documents and missed submitting the crucial itinerary letter. Additionally, they charged £10 pp for temporary hotel bookings using my credit card—assuring me they’d cancel it post-visa. Months later, I was charged £466 for a hotel stay I never made. When I contacted them, they denied responsibility, stalled responses, and claimed they couldn’t find the booking. One of their excuses was that the employee who handled it had left the company. No proof of cancellation was ever provided. This company is overpriced, unprofessional, and careless with sensitive information. Avoid at all costs.

   Based on their very positive reference from my friend, I have contacted Aviva for the Spain visa application. I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5-stars. My emails were promptly responded to, and their representative showed up when we visited the BLS Spain visa application centre and assisted on all process. Whenever, I got hurdle with documentation preparation , they always guide me to completed on time. Ms.Nafisa was super efficient and helpful at every stage. Her advice and work on putting together a trip that not only met but exceeded all our expectations was invaluable and very much appreciated. I would indeed recommend Aviva for Professional, knowledgeable, flexible, plus an understanding of what the clients want. All the qualities needed to provide a stress free tour plan & visa service.

   Very disappointed with the service. I paid £250 only to book appointment for Indian visa. They didn’t even book the appointment. I requested for the full refund. It’s been now two months still I haven’t got the refund. Send many mails but no reply. Whenever I call they put me on hold. Very unprofessional. I don’t even want to give one star. Poor customer service.

   Very poor costumer service. Very expensive £299 for a single visa application. The price they ask for does not match the service they offer. The staff do not answer the phone. They do not reply to emails. They do not give updates or acknowledge or confirm that they have received the documents that I posted to them. After submitting my documents to the embassy , there was no confirmation to collect the documents from the visa office. I almost cancelled my trip until I had to phone the visa office. Not sure what the charges were for. Nafeesa was great on the initial conversation. Once I paid the money, she was hard to find. Would not recommend anyone to this company. Very appealing service.
