Due to awful service and delays, I had to cancel my holiday in Greece. Sadly, would probably never go to this country, because don't plan to deal somehow with this unprofessional and expensive visa center.

I don't understand the reason for the bad reviews from other users. I read about delays, we arrived on time, our number was immediately shown on the board and we were met by a very friendly and polite employee in an admittedly small office. He reviewed our application and the evidence we provided, and suggested that we add an additional email that would help our application be approved. He informed us that we would have a response in 2 weeks and left in less than 20 minutes. The lucky thing was that our application was approved and we received the response in exactly 5 days! The centre is served by many Underground stations, but the nearest is Liverpool Street on the Central or Elizabeth Lines lines

Smooth and quick service as always. The satff are friendly and customers need to understand that they have no role or influence on visa decisions. 8:45 appointment for 2 we were done by 9am I just wish that we can upload all documents to an online system instead of printing to make the process easier and eco-friendly.

Amazing staff, from security to counsellor everybody is friendly and Helpful. Most important, some people panic and do forget some documents which happens but Staff is really supportive and explains the process humbly and co-operates well. Bhavvya is super amazing person there. He is the one who did my documentation. His manager is humble and kind too. Thanks for such a trouble free and great experience.

Booking an appointment was such a hassle as despite checking regularly everyday, it was impossible to find any slots. But once booked and arrived at the centre, things were smoothly handled by Dimitris who was very professional. The whole appointment took around 15 mins and I received my passport back in less than a week.

It was not as bad as I thought it would be. Make sure that you prepare and submit all the required documents on the checklist. This will save you and other people a lot of time. If you follow the instructions carefully, I don't see why your application gets rejected. I got my passport delivered to me exactly one week after the appointment, which was pretty efficient. Although I had to wait for 3.5 hours to be seen, it literally took them 15-20 minutes to go through everything. I don't blame the officers as they tried their best, and people don't always do what they are supposed to. It took a lot of time explaining to them why they couldn't go ahead with the application. I personally think that the officers were all friendly and polite. I just thought that they could have been more aware of the people waiting and firmer with those who didn't have all the documents with them. My advice is try to book an early appointment; this will reduce your waiting time. Good luck!

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve applied for a tourist visa in mid December and after 1.5 month later received a rejection letter with a reason stated that reason for travel was not reliable. I’ve never had visa rejections, especially with such a ridiculous reason, while all documents for the check list were provided.

Overall, happy with my outcomes, the experience was not as scary as I saw from some of reviews here. Positive: 1) My impression is that they process the applications according to your flight time. I got my visa within 8 calendar days (including Sat, Sun and a Bank holiday for Queen's funeral). Although I collected my passport 6 hours before my flight (intense), I have no complaints about their processing time. 2) All staffs were friendly, especially the guy in charge of passport collection, very efficient and professional. Negative:(1) The appointment is hard to book so make sure you book it as early as possible. To confirm the booking, the site sent OPT code to my mobile but it did not mention OPT was sent, so I requested to resend OPT more than 3 times, then the site blocked me out for 6 hours (no warning before that). Once I came back 6 hours later, the 15 days of appointments were gone. (2) prepare to sit and wait longer than it said. I waited for almost 3 hours till my number was called. (3) No response to the email, so I didn't think to call them, but they did give me a visa within a very short time, so I have no issue with that.

I was running because I just reached at 5:00pm for my passport collection. Everyone was very accommodating and they were all very very lovely and accepted my late collection. Went to collect Greece Schengen visa and met a lovely lady who recommended me THE TOKENHOUSE for a pint. I’m in the tokenhouse and it’s lovely here ( picture attached, waiting maybe she comes after work) Please if someone can make that lady know she was cute and I would love to buy her a pint at tokenhouse.
