   Mr. Shah’s service has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He supported me throughout my spouse visa process and helped me achieve a successful outcome.    One of the Director's tenants approached me to rent a property from me. I contacted the Director or 786 Law Associates to request a reference for his tenant. I asked him the following questions regarding his tenant. 1) How long have they rented your property? 2) Were they always on time with payments? 3) Are they currently up to date with all payments? 4) Have they kept your property in good condition? 5) Are they currently subjected to any kind of legal or eviction action from yourself? 6) Any other relevant information that you feel I should know. The Director gave a great reference for his tenants. However the way he worded his reference made me a little suspicious that he was hiding someone. After delving deeper it transpired that the Director had been going through an eviction process with his tenants with a hearing taking place in court only a few weeks prior! He deliberately withheld this information from me and admitted it when I confronted him! I have all evidence in writing. Shocking ethics from what is supposed to be a professional solicitor!
