   Hiring people who don’t know what numbers are and sending a picture of a door I have never seen in my life then having their customer service representatives pretend to ring depots isn’t a good look Then sending a driver to my house to give me a parcel for another house which isn’t in my street is not a good look Then refusing to tell me where my parcel is being dropped off because it should be on the leaflet posted through the magical door that isn’t mine isnt a good look This company is honestly the most backwards company that has ever existed as the parcel I haven’t received and possibly will never receive is crucial to my role at a company as I cannot do my job without it. But the customer service team said they don’t care and I now should magically find my parcel. Asking to speak to a manager to get this sorted is like asking to see the great wizard of oz as the person behind the veil must be just smoke and mirrors. Understanding the representatives is a challenge all on its own and their attitude to the fact they have made a cataclysmic error is judgemental on my part as they believe that I should move address to the magical mystery doors location to receive my parcel If I could do minus stars on this I would have around about 32ks worth of minus stars as this is how much this whole transaction could potentially cost me. Uselsss incoherent and absolutely numerically challenged individuals with such a low grasp of self awareness. With fouls attitudes and pure ignorance.
