   Terrible experience. I came in for a soak-off and fresh set and left with a bleeding, injured finger (photo attached). The staff were careless and rough, with no concern for my comfort or hygiene. What made it worse was hearing them speak about me, not realising I understood every word. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone.

   Been having my manicures and pedicures done here for over 10 years now and I honestly wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Thom and her team are always welcoming and friendly a drink is always offered and Thom work is second to non. Her attention to detail is something else.

   Never been to a more disgustingly dirty, unhygienic salon. Really awful. Over powering smell of chemicals in the salon. The staff, floors and surfaces are covered in nail dust. Every bottle of varnish is grubby and stained. The work surfaces not cleaned between each customer, I watched the staff wipe the nail clippings and dust straight into their laps or on the floor. Nail sharps are in blue barber water which is a very old way of cleaning tools. The cleanest part of the salon was the sink. Awful.
