   My experience was very good, i was in and out as it wasnt too busy. All workers were very respectful and responsive. The man who did my names was patient and he even went back to fix my coffin because he thought himself something was wrong which i didn’t even notice myself. I was also offered a drink which i enjoyed. Overall im happy with how the service was carried out and im very happy with my nails. I look forward to going back.

   Absolutely amazing nail salon. Wouldn't go anywhere else customer service is top not h and they are always so accommodating..noting is ever to much for them. The pedicure are the best I have ever had the care and attention is incredible.... Will never go anywhere else! Absolutely amazing. Thank u

   Tbh wasn’t going to write a review but here I am. Brought my toddler with me he was kicking off which I can imagine is annoying. He was huffing and puffing throughout . I told him I will go with my nails half done. No paint or anything has gone on my nails. Which I paid him for the service provided so far. The manager picks up my stuff as if to say hurry up and get out my shop. attitude was off today came across very rude. Especially when he has his kids running around the shop when school is not open. I will not be returning again. I will finish my nails else where . Disappointing. Bad attitude.

   Use to be my go to nail places, however recently the service is appalling! The manager/owner of the shop did my nails and did an awful job! Told him as he was doing it and he kept saying its not finished! When he had finished, you can see all the dust on my nails trapped in the acrylic! Dents on the nails and red marks from left over acrylic from previous client! Shocking! When I told him to check he claimed he couldnt see anything wrong with them! See the pictures for yourself and let me know whether this it is acceptable to your clients leave your shop with nails looking like this! The orginial woman has now left, so definitely wouldnt be coming back to this place again! Do not recommend!

   I've come to conclusion that the owners are only interested in doing nails and taking money...if they even demonstrated consideration for the customers welfare who enter their premises I would have more respect. They have no other standards for either themselves or requirement of there customers to behave in anyway that could be seen as offensive in their premises. I can't stomach them anymore I won't be going back there . They have zero customer service.

   Lovely Nails but the one thing which always lets me down is they're very sly with there price's. You'll ask for something and they will do something else, now I dont know if thats down to the language barrier but they always predict what you might go for and do that instead of asking and informing you about the price difference .

   I've been to this Nail Salon 6 times now and its always disappointing service. As soon as you walk in they don't greet you, you end up sitting down on the sofas that don't always look the cleanest. Any interaction is always difficult perhaps that's down to the language barrier but there's always attitude and no one seems to smile. If you want a specific design they make it seem that your asking for the impossible. They don't seem to respect you as their customer, I always feel like a child getting told off by a parent whenever I need to move or do something that they don't agree on. On top of that their prices have increased when they still have the original price list posted on the wall! The cleanliness could be improved but not the worst, Just a lil slap dash. Its a shame because they do good nails and they're only up the road from me but there's absolutely no service and I never feel good during or after so I won't be returning unless it's an absolute emergency.
