Lisa was very confident and knowledgeable about the treatment she was giving. She answered any questions me and other people had about pretreatment, aftercare and the product itself. With this in mind, it made me feel very confortable, relaxed and confident I was in safe hands. Lisa was very gentle and explained all stages of the procedure as she was going along, making me feel at ease. the aftercare I received was also fantastic.
