Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Calling at 7.30 already over 30 in the que. Google shows they open 8.30 so i call again 8 o clock -phone line active . after 40 mins constantly on the phone i go to the surgery (mainly sick with fever broken bones down, because you need a doctor) being on the phone since 8.00 i ask receptionist for appointment - all appointments GONE! and my call still not answered. Waste of time this place should be closed or reformed. Permanently we decide to not use this GP at all and we choose Litherland Town Hall Health Centre or Aintree University Hospital A&E.

Website says can book appointments 2 weeks in advance. You canβt. Auto message when you call says no appointments but then if you hang on youβre put in a queue. How many people like me hang up. I finally had to go private for mri scans and need to discuss results. I had them sent over to Gp. Guess what canβt get an appointment and practice manager has said gp may not discuss the results with me cos I went private. Couldnβt make it up. Constantly called βdarlinβ by receptionist. Constantly talked over and now stressed to the limit.

Rudest staff ive ever dealt with. I've used many surgeries throughout my life but the reception staff here are on the offensive from their first breath. It is surgeries like these that give the rest of them a bad name. Every time we have dealings with them I can't even finish my sentence before im being cut off and told how it is. The appointment system is also shocking, they have a duty of care to look after vulnerable patients and have no empathy at all for anyone

If l could, I would give -10 stars. In December l was trying to book an appointment in the practise 3 days in row calling at 8am. They told me that it is all booked and unfortunately l will have to call next day or use 111 service. I called then 111 service due to extremely bad backpain. ( because of nature of my job l was getting many infections). 111 service booked me appointment in surgery for the next day. The doctor was very helpful, but just recently in March l got sinusitis. I have been sick for over 2 weeks and knew l needed something stronger than paracetamol. Of course, calling at 8 am did not helped. as again... ALL APPOINTMENTS WERE BOOKED! for the day (hahaha 1second after 8am magically). After that in the afternoon 111 service told me l must call them and inform them to book me appointment or go to local walking centre. I called then Glovers Lane. Receptionist told me that l need to be assessed as l may do not need antibiotics ( headache, green discharge, dizziness, general lack of energy for over 2 weeks!) and she said l will have to call at 8 am or go to MARIAN SQUARE CHEMIST as they will be able to help me. I was trying to explain her that l was in this situation before and COHEN'S CHEMIST told me they will not give me antibiotics without doctor's prescription. She said an l quote " What if it is not sinusitis", l replied her well what if is... and got very upset. ( In the end l was so frustrated and said it sh....) They did not even helped me by providing information about pharmacy that could give me antibiotics, she did not mention anything about NhS app. COMPLETELY Rubbish! If you need doctor do not go there!!! Sometimes you have to wait in a phone queue for an hour just to find out you will not get appointment, or wait 2hrs after requesting call back to get a reply... "CALL BACK TOMORROW".

Drs surgeryβs get poor reps these days due to struggling funds from nhs, granted it can be hard to get an appt but feel that this drs surgery has really supported me and my family this week thank you for your hard work

The worst surgery you can never get an appointment. Tried ringing was number 1 in the queue for 15 mins so drove down there and there was no one there only 1 patient in the waiting room so they just ignore the phone. There was a 6 hour wait in the walk in they were absolutely rushed off their feet and all the time doctors surgeries are empty.

Don't even bother ringing in as you won't get an appointment. Now you can't even put on an e-consult form online. So what exactly do they do now if not seeing patients?

I put one star because I can not put zero. Doctor appointment impossible to get. Phone triage almost as bad. Phoned 8 in the morning and the voice on the call said to me to press 1 to retain the position in the queue. I did it. They sent me a message that they have not been able to phone me. I checked my phone numerous time and found no call. When I read the message, I immediately called them back and they replied that the appointments for today were all gone and I have to call tomorrow as a person has time to waste every day calling them to not receive any appointments.
