I would like to express my deep disappointment. I completed all the required processes and had already submitted my application. I was given a collection time of 16:30β17:30, yet after driving two hours to the centre and arriving at 16:28, I found the office already closed. This is completely unacceptable. If your operating hours have changed, why were applicants not informed? It is highly unprofessional to provide specific collection times and then close before the stated hours, causing people to waste time, fuel, and resources. Is this how a service that people pay a premium for is supposed to operate? I expect better communication and more respect for clientsβ time.

Absolutely one of the rudest bunch of people I have ever met, I went to the centre with my boyfriend for a ghana passport as heβs traveling soon, the lady with the skinny dreadlocks and grandma glasses was very rude to him aswell as security, I think as a professional establishment this is very unprofessional and disappointing, if you donβt like working there then leave, and if you donβt want to leave then think again before you are rude, one day you will say the wrong thing to the wrong person and pay for it, not everyone is as nice and someone will teach you a lesson one day since you think you are above God. Think twice before you speak. Have a horrible day.

Majority of staff seem unfriendly, no smiles, as if they hate the place. My experience there was the worst. I applied for a Ghana passport, I was told my British passport and my birth certificate didnβt match so I need an affidavit, fine. I go away, spend money on that just to come back and not have it read by the same person who told me to get it. She asked me if I want all my names on my passport and I said yes I want ALL of my names so I donβt have any issues. Tell me why my Ghana passport has LESS of my names? Paid around 230 just to get an incorrect passport? Then I went with my fiancΓ©e for her visa, the application is overkill and needs a letter of invitation, does this mean anyone who has no connection to Ghana should visit??? Now I do not blame the centre for this however every little thing seems to cost. Why do they ask for an our itinerary as if they will confirm everywhere we visit AND YET THEY TRY TO SELL THEM??? Who sells an itinerary? Must pay extra for using my card to pay despite the service charge being an inflated Β£54. I believe they are understaffed which is not fair on those who work there. If theyβre asking for money for every little thing (including messaging to say your visa is done), why can they not afford more staff? Overall horrible experience and hope they can remedy the mistake

The staff were reasonably decent but the policies implemented are terrible and doesn't give room for them to use common sense. It seemed very very money orientated and has really put me off visiting Ghana. The application process is worst than applying to get to south or north Korea. Come on government please sort it out if you want visitors to come regular to your country. The visitor toilets were worse than the village public toilets. You charge Β£54 just to process a standard application. Please employ someone with some of that money to keep an eye on the toilet.

Absolutely disgusting experience from one short black guy at the reception today 07/03 at 5:30pm. I went in with my husband to pick up his visa, he had a digital copy of his receipt (photo image) which he clearly explained to him. This guy just brushed him aside and told him to sit. 30 minutes later we still had not been called to collect the passport. The most disgusting bit was that everyone who came later was called to collect their documents and the place was empty. We tried to ask this same guy again and he rudely asked us to sit. Fast forward he leaves and we approached another lovely guy and he told us that no one had been informed that we were there to collect our documents. This behaviour is unacceptable at a premium centre. If they wanted physical copy of the receipt they should have simply informed us not just left us hanging.

My previous experience of the passport renewal service was one that requires patience. I attended the London premium centre and I am awarding five stars based on one member of staff. Georgina was excellent, friendly and processed me quickly and with respect. I commend her attitude and approach; however this was not the case with all the staff and the manager did not provide a premium service at all! If you are served by Georgina it will be a pleasant experience.

Went to the commission for a passport renewal and was served by Awo. She was really efficient and I could easily tell she knew what she was doing . Also very helpful to me and those she was serving around the time I was there. She apologised for keeping me waiting hence I had to ask for her name after, Overall, I was impressed. Keep up the good work .
