   Zero stars if I could! So unreliable, incompetent, slow and disrespectful of their own people. Paid for a fast visa service , two days in theory - and after four days still the visa has not arrived yet and no updates are available anywhere. Appalling service

   After reading the reviews I was concerned it might be a terrible experience, but it was to the contrary, the visa submission process was smooth, there were no queues at the entrance, my appointment was for 9am and by 9.15am, everything was done. The security/front desk guy was kind, helpful and polite. I made sure I came with all the documents needed, it was checked, I did the biometrics and it was fast.

I renewed my passport online and did the online biometrics, sent all necessary documents with my old passport to the NIS in London and my new passport was issued and sent to my address but my old passport was not sent, I have since be calling the online customer service number but not one is picking, could you please help me in locating my old passport, thanks, ‬

   this place will waste your time especially if u live far instead of informing about the things to bring beforehand they will tell u when ur there on the spot , they will stress u out this is not great service

   Terrible experience, i went there at 8am and came out at 6pm even tho they close at 5 can you believe this? will waste your entire time and not even help you properly because they feed onto your stress. no wonder nigeria is falling as a country. God bless

   I booked to renew my passport since September 2020, paid £106 and up until now, no contact, no date has been given me to come and process my renewal This is heartbreaking. I finally got my passport in February 2021. I hope things would have changed for better by now. I wish all future applicants a smooth ride

   I wish to share this as it is so important to read. Firstly I am discussing with others to compile a complaint.The behaviour of security staff require further training as they responded to a 9 year old with special needs. Secondly They lack tack and effective communication skills after they treated customers. Thirdly. The manager communicates poorly with lack of empathy and understanding after the death of family member

   Quite a better experience compared to the Nigerian High Commission itself. But I can't seem to understand why they ask for mask to be used and they don't even provide ?! Well... Nigerian factor I guess... Also it is unfortunate that the same old guy that opens the door is the one that checks you in and also let people out. Can't they employ more people and stop blaming covid for all the reduced staff etc ?!

   Just go with everything ready plus make sure you have it all backed up on your email account just in case. They have business centre where if needed you can get Internet access with a printer. Treat those on the other side with the respect they deserve and you will have no problems.
