   Detail Dance has and will always be the dance school that gave hope to our daughter at a really crucial time in her life. It truly is a dance school with a difference! From the outset of starting with George at Detail Dance, our daughter has gone from strength to strength. After undergoing two spinal operations and being uncertain as to what the future had in store, our daughter has been able to continue with her passion and her plans to continue in the world of performing arts. We will be eternally grateful for all the dedication, commitment and inspiration George has given to enable our daughter to dance again and become the performer she is today. George has been an exceptional support with everything, not only from a dance perspective but also seeing her as an individual. This is just one of the things we really like about the dance school, all the attention to 'detail', how George gets to know everyone as individuals, as well as performers, which ultimately allows her to elicit the best from them throughout their training. The dance training provided by George is outstanding, coupled with her knowledge and experience, put together it all makes a performer a more rounded individual, with all the tools they need in their bag to go out into the world. We couldn't have wished for anyone better than George and all her dedication and commitment to have got our daughter to where she is today. Detail Dance is truly a lovely, supportive and encouraging dance school and we only wish we had found you sooner. We highly recommend Detail Dance!

   Having visited what I think was every other dance school in Worksop and our surrounding area I then discovered Detail Dance. As soon as I entered the warmth of what is a true extended family was apparent. George is the most dedicated professional teacher who cares so much about every member of her school and develops far more than dance skills. She teachs every aspect of the disciplines required to succeed in life together with an emphasis on caring for yourself and others around you. My daughter has been part of the family here for 10 years now and has achieved so much in each and every way. It truly is her happy place where she can be who she is and enjoy each and every minute! It truly is amazing.

   Detail dance is a little hidden gem! My daughter does tap & ballet and absolutely loves it! She is in the youngest class and George looks after them all so well! She looks forward to her lessons every week.

The quality of dance is of a very high standard which both of my children have achieved through the expertise of George Rixon. Their confidence has grown enough for them to dance and sing on the stage in the theatre along with their dance buddies.
