I use this nail bar approximately every 2 to 3 weeks. I always get a really good service, and all the people who work there are friendly and helpful.
Needed to fix my nails elsewhere. Very bad experience.
I usually go here regular, every 4 weeks sometimes 3 weeks. Recently I’ve had a bad experience and my nails have not lasted a week, despite sending over pictures and asking for them to be fixed as a primer was not put on they still want to charge me more than what I pay usually.
My nails look terrible. So unhappy with them. They looked nothing like the picture that I had shown, color was extremely off, woman who did my nails didn’t speak to me once and didn’t bother starting any conversation. My nails look NOTHING like the picture that i had shown, I asked for the exact same length shape and color on the photo and everything was off. Extremely tacky, nails had started growing out after the first day and the base of my nails where not spread out at all and look very rushed. People had told me how bad and appalling this nail salon was but i didn’t listen. £35 for tacky horrible pink tip nails - rip off! Will not be returning ever again. Hollywood Nails and Simply Nails are much better. The first photo is what I asked for and the second photo is what I received.
The worst nail place I’ve been too, I called in asking if we could book they said they have loads of time for us...we waited a hour for them too see us, I showed the lady what I wished for, she started on them wrong and when I asked to show her a photo she refused to look at it. I decided to try and work with what she gave me and suggested somthing else to try and co operate with her mistake. She then rudely shouted at me for changing my mind. NOT a nail shop I would be recommending
I love this place, I go to have my nails done, every 3 weeks, very happy with them. Been going the last 2 years, never disappointed.

If you're happy having your nails look like they've been painted whilst wearing a blindfold... Great! Went here a month ago and ended up with these really tatty messy nails, I didn't have time to complain and have them redone unfortunately but I shall not be returning. The service you receive depends on which member of staff does your nails, try and avoid the older lady that is short, wears quite a bit of makeup and false lashes, and has long voluptuous hair... I've seen many customers unhappy with her work previously. She was rude when I pointed out the mess she'd made of my nails, but I'd rather sort them out myself than have her try to rectify it.
Use these every time i have my nails done. Reasonable prices, good choice in colours etc. Fare selection of nail types. My only niggle is that everyone is of the same nationality and its hard to have a good chat. And here is where i point out that:- I have no problem with different nationalities being here at all. I welcome different nations being here as it makes this country what we are- Thats Interesting.
