   I had been going here every 3-4 weeks for the last six months, it wasn’t the best but it was convenient. I always have builder gel underneath the gel colour, the staff are aware as I have been quite a few times. On the last but one occasion ( nearly 3 weeks ago) I had the lady, she started to brush powder on to my nails, I questioned her as I had already told her I have builder gel. The lady told me it would be better as my nails wouldn’t break. I hadn’t asked for acrylic and wasn’t particularly happy but trusted her judgement. Three days later and my nails started to lift. I glued them on one by one as they lifted or came off completely as a quick fix to tie me over until I could get back to salon. One week later I returned to the salon. I explained they had lifted and I wanted to go back to builder gel at my own expense, I made it clear I wasn’t complaining as the staff did not seem happy. I knew almost immediately something was wrong, the technician started filing my nails short rather than applying the builder gel first. When he put the colour on I stopped him for a second time to tell him we had our wires crossed and that I have builder gel on first. The technician started shouting across to his colleague, they sounded angry. The colleague ( I presume the boss) shouted back to me “lady, builder gel?” He nodded and I said yes, he was implying that’s what I had had. The technician then said to me to coats under colour, I said that’s base colour it says it on the bottle. I was so angry, they had blatantly lied to me in a shop full of customers and I was embarrassed for having to question them. They charged me more money than I usually pay for colour, art and builder gel too, as if further trying to prove I had in fact had colour. Two days later my nails started to chip as it was just colour, they were short, so thin and all shapes and sizes. I went elsewhere to get them re done and confirmed it was just in fact gel colour! I would certainly not recommend!

   Regular customers for a year. Made a bank transfer on leaving , showed my phone to prove I’d done this it was studied then shouted by the woman “ not received” . They finally realised I had paid as they gave me the wrong bank details. I was simply nodded at. No apology! And no thankyou after spending £134! Steer Clear , The Nail Spa up the road deserve the business more than this lot

   Absolutely awful experience. Went for a biab infill and the technician I had I have never had before but he was rough and rude. They look nothing like the photo. They refused to redo them or refund after paying £35. Never will return and if u want anything more than plain nails I wouldn’t recommend going. He didn’t file or reshape my nails. Honestly worst experience super disappointed.

   Not sure why they insisted on doing my pedicure with my leg awkwardly stuck under the table whilst I tried not to roll back in the chair. Especially when there is an actual pedicure spa chair available to use. Decided to treat myself to a pedi and escape my toddler for the first time in months. Technician was so rough, my feet were stuck under the nail desk on his leg, he went off to get my nail colour and when he returned he kicked me painfully in the foot. My toenail beds and some other patches of skin are bleeding and painful today, he was far too heavy handed. It was the exact opposite of a relaxing beauty appt. Never again! Will go somewhere else or not at all.

   1 Star is too much! Had an apt 22/12/22 booked it in sept.. I have my nails done every 2-3 weeks. I turned up for my 9am booked apt to be told no it was 9.30, I said no 9 I had booked my lashes for 10.30, Ben replied no Hannah 9-9.30ish.. I said if I turned up for 9.30 and my apt was 9 I would of missed sir and he shrugged. Upon this I was called over to a chair at 9.30, gel colour was taken off and was left sitting there for 40mins til 10.10.. to then be started on 40mins after my so called 9.30 apt.. I had to cancel my lashes which I had previously paid full for upon booking them. I can honestly say within the 6 years of me coming here, it has changed.. I’m not one too moan or post but this shop has gone down hill majorly since Leon and the girls left. Use to be offered drinks, had full conversations.. everything. Now since Ben and others have come.. they book too much in, can’t cope, talk to one another about people and no apologies for when people are kept waiting. Absolutely shocking.. such a shame as it was amazing before it was taken over.. and now it’s a sham! I won’t be going back again.. strongly advise a lot of people feel the same..!

   Definitely won’t be returning. Very cold and unfriendly staff. Did not listen to what I wanted. Felt so rushed, it’s like a production line. Had gel nails which looked okay initially but 1 week after are lifting and chipped.

   Me and my daughter visited this salon on 21.12.2022 we booked a appointment for 2.30pm. We waited for about 40 minutes then they started my daughters nails. Two ladies entered the salon saying they had appointment for 3pm. Afterwards about half hour one of the workers became available and started the ladies pedicure,I was still sat waiting and my appointment was 2.30pm. Finally my daughters nails where finished at 4.10pm.The ladya called me forward " I said no too long "no apologies or nothing. Not good service at all trying to fit too many people in,money grabbing.
